If it's your first time here, welcome! My name is Shannon Montgomery, and I am a California and traveling photographer that specializes in elegant and timeless weddings. I am always up for a good hike, enjoy rainy overcast days, and will always stop to pet any dogs in reach! Working in the garden, getting to visit any possible farm animal (but especially cows), make me happiest.
My style embodies that timeless, worn in feel- perfectly timeless, yet organic and lived-in. The heart of my style truly is to be your love story "in living color". my main objective is providing you with images you love that withstand the test of time.
With over 60 weddings and 6 years capturing weddings under my belt, I bring my own blend of calm and collected, yet light hearted and joyful to each wedding day.
I take the time to get to know you, ask the important questions, and build a genuine connection pre-wedding day. This is crucial to feeling comfortable in front of my camera, and feel vulnerable to share all your most cherished moments with me.
Your wedding day is just that- YOUR wedding day. This day will live in the memories of you, your spouse, your most loved ones forever. I promise to never "force" a moment, make your wedding day feel like an elaborate photoshoot, but guide and capture the action as it unfolds, with a little direction if needed, of course! Your day should feel like YOU.

Shannon was the BEST photographer I could’ve ever asked for on my wedding day! She made my husband and I feel so comfortable with her right away. We had a blast taking engagement photos with her. The wedding day was even better! I love her edits and how all of pictures turned out! We are very happy with everything!

Shannon does an absolute beautiful job with her photography! She’s also very patient! We had our toddler with us for a mini shoot and he was not having it for the pictures but she stayed patient which meant a lot! Definitely recommend her hands down 20 times over! Thank you!
