• All exterior event spaces (think courtyard, olive grove, loggias, pool lawn)
• Access to a guest house and service kitchen
• A two-hour rehearsal the day before
• Golf cart for vendor mobility
• Portable restrooms, security, and day-of event management
• A generous 15-hour rental window (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

This base rate accommodates up to 120 guests, and you’ll pay an extra $290 per additional guest—capped at 150 total. Booking is seasonal, limited to May through November, and you’ll need to hire a full-service planner from their preferred network (outside planners are subject to approval)
